Ridge at Southwood Homeowners Association Board of Directors has called a meeting of the Board scheduled on Tuesday, Oct 20, 2020 6:30 PM to discuss Association business.  Due to COVID-19 and the fact that Pierce County is in stage 2 of reopening, the meeting will be held via Zoom.

We invite homeowner concerns, comments, and questions, during the “Homeowner Forum”.  Before making your comments, please state your full name, whether you rent or own, and street address, so our secretary can take accurate notes.

You will have a 2-minute time limit. The Board will attempt to hear all homeowners’ comments within the session. We do ask that similar items | topics are not repeated so the Board can hear all concerns. The Board may not be able to answer your concerns during the meeting, but they are listening and will research topics and respond accordingly.

Per Robert’s Rules of Order, only the person given permission to speak by the President (or appointed Board member) may speak during the meeting.

Community Members the HOA has an opening for the 4th and 5th Positions.  If anyone is interested in providing your valued input for community matters, please consider running for these appointments.
